Four ways to work with us

Start from where you sit.

Formats, minimums, lead times

What we can ship, and when.

Indicative terms for planning. Firm pricing is quoted per lot, because a lot is what we are actually selling.

Coffee lead times are counted from a confirmed roast booking. Olive-oil lead times follow the harvest and the laboratory certificate — an early-harvest oil cannot be hurried into a bottle.

Documentation

What arrives with the goods.

Trade buyers are usually asked to trust a story. These are the papers instead.

Distribution

Territory, volume and season.

Both products are seasonal and both are traceable, which sets real limits on how much exists. We would rather agree a smaller allocation we can honour every year.

01

Territory

One representative per market where the volume justifies it, with a written review each harvest.

02

Volume planning

Indicative annual volumes agreed before the harvest so lots can be reserved at the station or the mill.

03

Documentation

Certificate of origin, phytosanitary and health certificates prepared to the destination's requirements.

04

Brand use

Origin data, photography and tasting material supplied for your own channels, with the lot record intact.

Enquiry

Write to the trade desk.

Tell us the format, the volume and the timing. If we cannot supply it we will say so in the first reply rather than the fourth.

Samples

Coffee samples and 100 ml oil samples for qualified accounts, freight at cost.
